Only paid vendors/exhibitors are allowed to sell or display at the Convention Center during show hours. Nothing is to be displayed or sold in the parking lots, restaurants, hotel rooms or lobbies.

All animals must be healthy and acclimated. Any animal deemed questionable or ailing by staff or show veterinarian must be removed.

All animals must be in clean, suitable, secure and humane containers.

No venomous reptiles allowed this time. However, I may consider allowing venomous at future shows.

Cancellations more than 30 days prior to event will receive a refund. No refunds will be made on reserved tables/spaces canceled within 30 days of the event. August 1st is the deadline for cancellations.

All vendors/attendees are expected to act in a professional manner. Angry outbursts, verbal threats or physical violence will not be tolerated and violators will be asked to leave.

Professional security will be provided Friday night after 8:00 p.m. until Saturday morning and Saturday night after 5:30 p.m. until Sunday morning. No one may enter the exhibit room during these times for any reason. The building will be locked and protected.

No endangered, protected, or native Pennsylvania species allowed. PA Fish and Wildlife may be at the show. It is your responsibility to know the legality of what you intend to bring please check the State Rules section.

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Agriculture requires all animal dealers/haulers to be licensed through them. Again please check the State Rules section for more details.
